GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR TICKET SALES AND ACCESS TO CASTRELOS 2026 CONCERTS
The purchase of a ticket implies acceptance of the general purchase conditions indicated below. These conditions may only be modified if, on the day of the show, the Authorities approve any mandatory measures requiring the adoption of mandatory measures for public access to the Castrelos venue or during the performance.
1. Regarding ticket sales
To enter the venue, all users must have the corresponding ticket.
The Vigo City Council does not guarantee the authenticity of the ticket if it was not purchased on its website or at the venue's box office, which are the only official points of sale.
Before making your purchase, please note the following:
- Tickets will be sold in person at the Castrelos Auditorium from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., or until tickets are sold out for the corresponding time slot.
- Online sales will take place simultaneously with in-person sales for each time slot, through the access enabled at https://hoxe.vigo.org/, and until tickets are sold out for the corresponding time slot.
- If tickets for in-person sales are not sold out, once the box office closes at 9:00 p.m., they will be sold online until tickets are sold out.
- During the purchase process, only the purchaser's information is required as essential. To prove identity for in-person sales, both the purchaser and the person(s) for whom the tickets are purchased must present their ID.
- Tickets for minors under 16 years of age must be accompanied by the legal documentation of the minor's companion, in addition to the minor's identity document.
- The City Council assumes no liability in the event of loss or theft of tickets. The ticket holder or the person in whose name it is personalized assumes full responsibility if their ticket is sent in duplicate, photocopied, or falsified, and they forfeit all rights to access the venue in the aforementioned cases.
- Ticket resale is prohibited. These tickets are always personal and grant access to the venue to the purchaser or to whomever they designate at the time of purchase.
- People with reduced mobility, if they go to the physical box office, will not have to wait in line. They must inform the organizers and prove it by presenting the corresponding certificate. Tickets may be purchased by a third party, who also will not have to wait in line, provided they present the certificate and ID of the person for whom the ticket is being purchased.
- Each person may only purchase four tickets, unless they form a larger family unit and prove it by presenting their family book.
2.- Regarding admission and access to the venue
a. General Conditions of Access
It is mandatory to attend the event with a valid ticket and to carry an ID or equivalent identification document, which may be requested at any time.
b. Right of Admission and Reasons for Denial of Access
The Organization reserves the right to refuse admission. Any person who:
- Displays a violent or disruptive attitude, or publicly incites hatred, violence, or discrimination based on birth, race, sex, religion, opinion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other social or personal condition or circumstance.
- Behaves aggressively, causes altercations or disturbances inside or outside the establishment.
- Enters carrying weapons or objects that can be used as such, or wears clothing, objects, or symbols that incite violence or represent an apology for activities contrary to the fundamental rights recognized by law and the Constitution.
- Shows symptoms of intoxication, drunkenness, or is detected as having used drugs or narcotic substances.
- Violates the conditions established for general access or those specific to minors.
The exercise of the right of admission will not, under any circumstances, imply the denial of access for reasons of birth, race, sex, religion, opinion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other personal or social circumstance or condition.
c. Security and Control
To ensure the safety of attendees, private security personnel may conduct identity checks and searches of personal belongings both at the entrance and inside the venue, in accordance with Law 5/2014, of April 4, on Private Security.
The Organization may deny access or expel any person who violates these rules or disobeys staff instructions, as well as any person who may pose a risk to themselves or other attendees. Users assume responsibility for any damage caused to third parties or property due to their own actions or omissions.
d. Accessibility and People with Reduced Mobility (PRM)
The Organizer reserves a specific, priority space in the stalls for people with reduced mobility. This location guarantees an accessible route and a safe location, as presence in general public areas—where attendees remain standing—could pose a physical risk to wheelchair users, as they are at a lower height and more vulnerable to being pushed or falling.
This measure constitutes a reasonable and proportionate adaptation in accordance with accessibility regulations and should not be construed as a limitation or discrimination. The Organizer undertakes to assess access and mobility needs on a case-by-case basis, expanding or redistributing spaces as long as the safety of the general public is not compromised.
e. Prohibited Objects and Substances
· Bottles, cans, glass containers, or any other objects that could be considered dangerous are not permitted.
· Only water in open-top plastic containers of up to 50 cl is permitted.

Once the ticket has been purchased, the ticket holder will only be changed if the purchaser is unable to attend due to a duly justified force majeure.
5. Refund of Ticket Price
The ticket price will only be refunded in the event of cancellation of the show, except if this occurs after the show has begun due to a duly justified force majeure.
