General Terms and Conditions for Ticket Sales and Access to Castrelos 2024 Concerts
Purchasing a ticket implies acceptance of the general terms and conditions of purchase indicated below. These conditions could only change if, on the date of the event, the Authorities approve some mandatory measure that makes it necessary to take some measure that must be observed for public access to the Castrelos venue or during the event.
1. Regarding Ticket Sales
To access the venue, all users must be provided with the corresponding ticket. The City Council of Vigo does not guarantee the authenticity of the ticket if it was not purchased on its website or at the physical ticket office of the venue, the only official points of sale. Before making your purchase, please note the following:
- Ticket sales will be carried out physically at the Castrelos Auditorium from 09:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 21:00 hours or until the tickets put on sale in the corresponding shift are sold out.
- Online sales will be carried out simultaneously with physical sales in each shift, through the access enabled at https://hoxe.vigo.org/ and until the tickets put on sale in the corresponding shift are sold out.
- If the tickets intended for physical sale are not sold out, once the ticket offices are closed at 21:00 hours, they will be put on sale online until they are sold out.
- During the purchase process, only the buyer's data is requested as essential. To verify your identity in physical sales, the presentation of the DNI of both the buyer and the persons for whom tickets are purchased will be required.
- The City Council does not assume any responsibility in case of loss or theft of the ticket. The beneficiary of the ticket or the person in whose name the ticket is personalized assumes all responsibility in case their ticket is sent duplicated, photocopied, or falsified, losing all the rights granted to access the venue in the mentioned cases.
- Resale of the ticket is not allowed. These are always a nominative title, which grants the right of access to the venue to the buyer or to whom this designates at the time of acquisition.
- Persons with reduced mobility, if attending the physical ticket office, will not have to queue. They must indicate this circumstance to the organization staff and prove it by presenting the corresponding certificate. Their tickets may be acquired by a third party, who will also not have to queue as long as they present the certificate and the DNI of the person for whom they acquire the ticket.
- Each person can only acquire four tickets unless it is a larger family unit and proves it by presenting the family book or if the person acquires a ticket intended for people with reduced mobility, in which case only two tickets can be acquired.
2. Regarding Admission and Access to the Venue
The organization reserves the right of admission. The Organization will deny access to the facility to the user if any of the following circumstances occur:
- The user expresses a violent, annoying attitude or publicly incites hatred, violence or discrimination based on birth, race, sex, religion, opinion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other social and/or personal condition or circumstance, and especially when the holder behaves aggressively, violently, disturbs and/or causes disturbances outside and/or inside the venue, those who carry weapons or objects that can be used as such and those who wear clothes, objects and/or symbols that incite violence or represent apology for activities contrary to the fundamental rights recognized in the law and the Constitution.
- The user shows symptoms of drunkenness, intoxication and/or consuming or having consumed drugs and/or narcotic substances.
- The user fails to comply with the conditions provided for general access and for minors.
- The exercise of the right of admission will not, in any case, imply the denial of access to the holder for reasons of birth, race, sex, religion, opinion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other personal or social condition or circumstance.
To contribute to ensuring the safety of attendees, the private security personnel of the festival may carry out, among other actions, controls of identity or personal objects at the entrance or inside the venue, in accordance with the provisions of Law 5/2014, of April 4, on Private Security.
The Organization may deny access or expel from the venue the user who fails to comply with these conditions or the instructions given by the Organization staff, as well as if it can be reasonably presumed that it will imply a situation of risk or danger for the user or other attendees, due to disturbance or states of intoxication, assuming the user personal responsibility for the damage they cause to third parties or things with their own actions and omissions.
Access to the venue with bottles, cans and/or any type of object that can be considered dangerous by the Organization is not allowed.
3. Regarding Access of Minors
Access to the venue is allowed to minors under 18 years of age under the same conditions as an adult, with the sole exception that they will not be served alcoholic beverages, and provided they are provided with a DNI or, otherwise, accompanied by an adult.
4. Regarding Ticket Holder Change
Once the ticket is purchased, the holder will only be changed if the purchaser cannot attend due to force majeure duly justified.
5. Regarding Ticket Price Refunds
The ticket price will only be refunded if the show is canceled, except if the cancellation occurs once the show has started due to force majeure duly justified.
